What are your Postage and Packing Charges?

All UK orders with goods totalling £150+ VAT or more are shipped Free of charge.

We currently have a maximum charge of £7.50+ VAT for all orders below £150+ VAT that are to be delivered to a UK address.  All charges are subject to change.

Delivery outside the U.K.

For those customer outside of the U.K. we will calculate the charges for you after you have placed the order. We will notify you of the delivery charges to non UK countries after you have placed the order and will not dispatch it until you have agreed this amount.

When Will my Order Arrive?

Most orders are shipped on a 2-3 day courier, unless you have requested a faster service. We will do our best to accommodate all such requests. If it is beyond this time frame do contact us on hello@dipandglow.com and we will track the parcel for you. 

What is the Minimum Order?

We want to be flexible for you, so only have a minimum for your first order. This is £100 + VAT. After your initial order - there's no minimum, just order what you need!
